Ronald Baker was born in Baltimore, Maryland on the 21st of November, 1968. After studying trumpet at the Baltimore school for the Arts, he went on to pursue a bachelor’s degree in music education at Oberlin Conservatory of Music.
Arriving in France in 1992, it didn’t take long to establish himself as a quality trumpet player and singer!Ronald has appeared in most of the large jazz festivals in France and Spain and has performed with great artists such as Lou Donaldson, Curtis Fuller, Red Halloway, Jesse Davis and Antonio Hart to name a few !!
